More than 50 women and men belong to the "Verein Lübecker Stadtführer e.V." – an association of tourist guides.
We tell our guests about the history of the city and lead them to the sights and sometimes to places where even people from Lübeck have not always been to.
We acquire our knowledge during an education that takes 1½ years and which terminates with a thorough examination.
"Verein Lübecker Stadtführer e.V." has been a member of the "Association of Tourist Guides in Germany" since our foundation in 1994.
Naturally we feel obliged to the city and its sights. Therefore we regularly donate for restoration projects and/or cultural institutions.
Gladly we would show you our beautiful city. Please join us on one of our tours.
